BEWARE! I would not recommend this business from my experience. This business is deceitful regarding alterations. It is a given that alterations are likely and it is fair to charge for alterations. However staff here do not explain properly the cost you are in for with all alterations they plan to do until it is too late. Phoebe was absolutely incredible and made my wedding dress appointment feel so special. She was attentive, kind, and matched my vibe so well! Such a breath of fresh air! The range of dresses was insane and I was in awe of how smooth the appointment flowed. Thank you!!
I didn’t know what dress I was looking for when I went in but the girls in confetti were amazing and helped me find the dress of my dreams. They made me feel so comfortable in every appointment and alteration and helped me get excited (instead of anxious like I was) for the big day. I’m going to always look back on my wedding photos and be so grateful I found the most amazing dress which made me feel so special on my big day. All of the staff are so friendly and caring and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience
Em and her team worked wonders on my wedding dress. I originally bought my wedding dress from my home country in the Middle East and did not have time to get it altered completely as my family and I had to flee, so my dress meant even more to me. I hesitantly called in to ask whether they were able to do alterations for a dress that was not from their store, and they were most welcoming of this and accommodating towards my situation.
