I had a great experience at Confessions Spa. Kerry was awesome. She is very stylish and took the time give me a cut and color that suits my type of hair. I love it! I would absolutely recommend confessions to anyone wanting a great hair style.
Love Confessions! They are so professional and the prices are very reasonable for spa services. I got a color and a new cut by Candy, and she did a phenomenal job!! She was very patient while I found the perfect picture of the cut I wanted. This was very important considering I was cutting about 6 inches off! I had a coupon for coloring and hi-lites, deep condition, style, and brow wax. I thought it might be a good idea. It was aweful. The receptionists were extremely rude when I first walked in, not to mention my appointment was moved back 30 minutes with no warning. The hairstylist was very nice so I kept my hopes high. Kerri (owner) of Confessions always does a wonderful job on my hair! The color & the cut it's perfect. I have had so many people ask me who does my hair, and of course I let them know it's Kerri. When a woman feels pretty she is usually a nicer person. Thank you Kerri for making me look the best I have ever looked.
Got a terrible color job from confessions. People were even pointing out that it looked unprofessional. When I went back to confessions one of the girls told me "it wasn't that bad" ?! Then they wanted me to go to the same person, who did it wrong, tofix it. I'll never go back.I'd rather pay somone else to fix it right then to get another crappy job for free. Worst color experience of my life!
My new place for my beauty needs. On top of the fact that it's right around the corner from where I live, I find the prices to be very reasonable and the staff to be well trained. I use courtney for my hair but have also received waxings, pedicures and massages at this spa. Would like to eventually get a facial there or perhaps something else "new".
I would love to continue going here, I love the haircuts i get, but every time i make an apt. it's such an ordeal. Ive been cancelled on twice and had to wait anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes after my scheduled apt. to start. If they change their scheduling model, I might go back.
Awesome!!! I have been going to Erica Parker for all of my skincare needs and she is amazing. I started going right after the salon opened and I won't trust anyone else with my skin. Wow. If you want a facial or anything to do with your skin and aging the only person to see in Saint Augustine is Erica Parker. I have had all kinds of treatments and facials since I have lived in St Augustine. She is the only Aesthetician that seems to know about different types of skin and how to treat certain issues that arise during the aging process.
