Awful experience trying to book event. 1) online form is poor and uninformative. Filled out, no response after a week. 2) Did not answer phone, so emailed and got a number to call. 3) A very nice woman answered by questions, we found a great room for our event, she checked and said it was available. Mentioned my grandfather, myself, my wife are alumni (forgot to mention my great uncle) and that my father was a professor at DU for 40+ years (forgot to mention my father in law also is an emeritus professor from DU). 4) Tried a... read more
