Very informative presentation. Both presenters were very friendly. Unfortunately the presentation only took 15 minutes. May I suggest that after each section is defined that they ask the audience for suggestions of ways to support ourselves in this area. eg Section 1 Emotional Health: Discuss what emotional health is and then involve audience on how we take care of our emotional health or can be improved or kept healthy.
