This is an amazing centre for anyone wanting a warm & welcoming atmosphere. It offers work outs, a gym, socializing, a variety of activities, snd the best coffee in the city!
Meditation group is wonderful
They have a coffee bar, small gift shop and restaurant. Lovely place
A great venue to rent for community and work get togethers. We had our staff Christmas party here and the venue was perfect!
