Could barely understand the bloke on the phone. Was rude and unwilling to help.
I had the worst experience ever with this company. I was told the car seat I was purchasing for $150 was in perfect condition and had it shipped to Queensland from their depot. Was told they would bubble wrap the seat but it arrived with a garbage bag over it. My mechanic went to fit it and the base underneath the seat was all bent and cracked. Totally unusable and could not be fitted to my car. Asked for a refund but they would not give it. Highly recommend you do not use this dodgy company for any car parts!!!
I've rang 10 car wreckers none had the part I was looking for only he did just make sure you get it at the right price. Overall it was worth it.

Spoke little to no clear English, was told $250 online and then when I arrived they wanted $500 dollars more. Customer service was also very poor.
