Confederate Air apparently failed in our installation of our A/C unit by not registering our A/C unit. Our coil is leaking, and installation in our new home was 2011. After contacting Rheam for warranty coverage on our unit, Rheam told us that Confederate Air had failed to register our warranty on our unit. We would have had a 10 year warranty if Confederate had done their job! Now we have to pay full costs to fix the problem! Estimation is between $1200 and $1500.
