OT was a great driver and did everything we asked of him. Extremely kind and professional and able to navigate some tricky terrain to move our conex boxes on property. Jenni was also great as a dispatcher. If you have the option, ask for OT he is 💯
There's some mixed reviews for connexwest, so I had to jump on and say what a great experience I had with them! Great commuication, everyone i talked to was beyond friendly and helpful, delivery was on time and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a container. Good pricing, prompt service. Form Nerry in sales to Jeni in dispatch, each was great to work with. Rogelio the driver went above and beyond to make the delivery. Through gates, around tight corners, under trees, he did awesome. Overall a really easy experience. Would use again.
Angelo Rodriquez, my driver was great with expert delivery and placement of my 20' rental container. Office staff, Thomas R. and Samantha were super helpful. Excellent customer service all around and great communication every step of the rental and delivery process. Will rent from them again.
