Stay far away from Conexwest. I returned my container in Davis, CA on July 3, 2025, and received a pickup confirmation stating billing would stop. Instead, their system continued to hit my credit card every single month for EIGHT MONTHS after the equipment was back in their yard. The only reason they finally stopped charging me is because my credit card expired in March 2026. We are a 3PL transportation company and have over $225,000 in open invoices that Conexwest failed to pay for transportation services. They give excuses and run around with patchy communication and a large UPAID balance. Beware.
BEWARE!! We hauled 30 loads for these guys back in 2025 and they still haven't paid, in violation of the net30 day terms they agreed to. They owe us about $22,000 and are now threatening to sue us for writing a review. Bad business.
Probably fine if you just need a box, but do not trust their Refrigeration division. I needed a reefer box, and bought one from them based on multiple written assurances that it came with a 5-year warranty on new cooling machinery. The unit arrived with multiple issues, the company has been a nightmare to get a hold of for years, and they are refusing to honor their warranty.
2 months late on delivery, container was not a one time round trip, it had a lot of damage and rust holes on the interior
