Recently had to take my daughter to have labs drawn, check in procedure was simple and quick though we've never been there before. Technician was incredibly friendly and patient even though it seemed like she was having to cover for someone else and was supposed to be heading home. Daughter was nervous about having blood drawn but the tech talked her through it and comforted her the whole time with friendly banter.
They need someone here who will actually attempt to do their job. This is the only facility that has ever turned me away because they couldn't find a vein, and It has happened 3 times now! I have immediately gone elsewhere and it was one and done, no issues. If you aren't going to make her job easy, expect to be sent away.
Had to take my 4 year old son to get his first set of labs drawn. Kem, the tech, was great! She was very friendly and nice and got his blood quickly with the smallest needle she could use. Highly recommend and will be back if we need future ones drawn.
Rapid service. I barely waited 10 minutes in the lobby as a walk-in. They open at 8 AM, and I was seen at about 8:05 AM. My lab results were posted on my Luminis health portal the very next day! I see several complaints here in Google reviews regarding appointments and “horrible” (their term) experiences…really? Lighten up folks? Or whiny Mommies who didn’t like that their kid wasn’t accommodated? It is a medical lab, not a Disney Cruise. Appointment for lab work? Yep, making an appointment means nothing here. App for 1pm. Told the lab lady was out to lunch. What a waste of time. Going elsewhere
