Jasmine in your Centreville, Maryland location is the best phlebotomist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. While she and I were chatting, she had already started the blood draw. If patients could give awards, Jasmine would win the best Phlebotomist Award hands down. She is calming and an expert at her profession. Thank you Jasmine!!!
Over the last 2-3 months, I’ve had about 50 labs done at Conexes on Kent Island (yes, there is something wrong with me and we’re trying to figure it out). Four of our kids ages 11, 13, 15, and 18 have also had routine lab work done recently. These phlebotomists are experts at their job and so getting bloodwork done here is always relatively painless. First visit here. My 9yr old daughter needed blood work and we decided to use this facility b/c it was in the building we were already visiting. She was so nervous. I was unsure of how it would go, and the tech who did her blood work was beyond amazing. His name was Asa, and he made the process so seamless. Presented requisition form specifically for LABCORP (as on multiple prior occasions). Blood was deliberately sent to Luminis AAMC instead. My provider cannot access the Luminis AAMC system. Very poor customer service & follow up. This place has been a disaster since Conexus took over the blood draw operation here.
