I am consistently a hard stick, with many failed attempts to get a vein. I was rather insistent on their vein finder. I tried them because they have one. After some convincing to office manager Nina (THANK YOU!!) I was allowed to use the vein finder. I had plebotomists Natice and Kaeida. One use of the vein finder and the stick was absolutely painless! For me that is a big deal! I've heard it all. Your veins rolled or squiggled, or I got the vein but nothing is really coming. I make my appointments online and they get to me almost right as I come in. Don't have to wait long and posted to my chart within a day. I think they're great!
31Mar2026 For the 1st time in 82 years, I was amazed to see a Christmas Tree with lights and Easter decorating. 🤷 Service is great but a Christmas tree with Easter decorating is a bridge too far. Therefore three stars..
We were told to come here by our peds office. I tried to explain to the receptionist, Sarah, what we needed as my daughter is an EXTREMELY difficult stick. She was so condescending, rude and truly just nasty on the phone. I felt like I could cry because how she talked to me. She made me feel so stupid and told me what my daughter’s doctor said “makes no sense”. I hung up and my daughter said why would she talk to you like that?
