We were told to come here by our peds office. I tried to explain to the receptionist, Sarah, what we needed as my daughter is an EXTREMELY difficult stick. She was so condescending, rude and truly just nasty on the phone. I felt like I could cry because how she talked to me. She made me feel so stupid and told me what my daughter’s doctor said “makes no sense”. I hung up and my daughter said why would she talk to you like that? Our 7 year old has extreme anxiety about blood draws, we’ve tried before at a different location without success. Tori, the tech who was with us, was very calm, patient and did her best to distract our daughter. Without even having to be asked, Ninna could hear our struggles and came right in to help be a second set of hands and calm our daughter down even further. They were able to get the stick and all the necessary bloodwork without a single tear - were very grateful for their support ❤️🤌🏼
Kyasia at the lab was helpful, respectful and has a delightful personality. This is how it should be at a medical facility.
It was my first time at this lab, and I had a really positive experience. The girl who helped me, Natia (station 1), was very kind, patient, and above all, friendly. I’ve had some bad experiences in other labs, so I was a bit anxious and gave her a thousand instructions—but she made me feel comfortable right away with her professionalism and warm attitude. She was truly amazing!
