Worst customer service ever. I spent 3 days trying to get tax documents from them. They just bounced me from one agent to another, from one prone number to another... waiting lines etc. You think I finally got that document??? - Forget it.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. The forms are confusing. The staff is NOT helpful. This is a horrible company that I would not use but it is the one offered by my employer
Signed on with this company this calendar year for my company's Flexible Spending Account "benefit". First time I used the FSA debit card was to pay a local dentist our portion of the charges for recent services. Within a week, Conexis sent me a letter and an email stating that I needed to provide documentation of the charges. I called them and verified that a recent statement from the dentist would be sufficient documentation. They told me it would be fine. when we got the debit card for our FSA I thought it would be so great. It has been miserable. The Conexis website to utilized and navigate for online submission of required documentation is very user unfriendly. The process and forms to fill out are confusing. I realize that some of the requirements are IRS driven but not the forms designed by Conexis.
