They have a smaller number of clients which helps them to provide more individualized care. The monitors and counselors are wonderful however the director is terrible. She dresses inappropriately, there is a certain level of modesty required to retain a professional image, she dresses like a different type of professional if you know what i mean. I just got out of rehab a couple days ago and yesterday I slipped up. So I called conewago Pottsville and and I was directed to admissions and spoke to a employee named George or Jeff I believe. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful and denied me treatment and told me to go somewhere else and go to detox when I only had a slip just yesterday. I have never seen someone so unprofessional dehumanizing. I worked at pyramid, this man would have been fired
