The absolute worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The owner Terry and his designer Emily lack in any customer service. We spent over 400,000 dollars on a custom bath and closet remodel. Part of our signed contract was to have a smart toilet. They installed a Koehler toilet and we had nothing but issues. I believe now after an independent plumber came out it was due to the pipes that were installed by Conestoga.
