If I could give this office zero stars, I would. This is the worst and rudest title company I have dealt with in my entire career. You send them the documents they request, and a couple of days later, they ask for them again, claiming they never received them. Rhonda is incredibly rude and ignorant—she comes to the settlement table with an attitude, boasting that she’s been doing this for 40 years and is “so sick of everyone and their changes.” We all deal with changes to documents; it’s part of business. not very thorough....we closed on a house them and 2 months later received a bill from the local township asking for $150 plus $100 penalty because the drive by inspection was not taken care of at settlement...isn't that an item thetitle company is hired to take care of? On top of that, when I called them to question thge issue, they were no help at all and I felt very dismissed. Would not recommend them
