Doctor attala and receptionist are really helping people. They are always polite
We have been patients of doctor shadia for over 15+ years, the receptionist has always been rude, cut the call on you, and have no customer service skills. However, this time it went to far, we called to book for an appointment over the phone and a new receptionist booked the appointment. OH MY GOODNESS! JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE RECEPTIONIST AND IF I WAS THERE IN PERSON.... SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND COULD CARE LESS! RUSHES YOU OFF THE PHONE AFTER YELLING AT YOU AND HANGS UP. DO NOT GO HERE, READ ALL THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE IT!
