The optometrists are great but their appointment scheduling needs to improve. This year I have shown up twice and left without an exam because of their poor management. Context: At the end of each appointment, I book for next year. I got an email in May to book a new one. I did. When I arrived in May, I was told it was too soon and to attend the appointment I originally scheduled a year ago. Now arriving to this appointment I find out "my appointment wasn't confirmed".
