I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Everyone was extremely kind, gentle, and professional throughout my visit. Special mention to Gurpreet and Dr. Gagan — they went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for, explained everything clearly, and treated me with such patience and understanding. I loath how frequently this place calls me. If I wanted a cleaning I would call you! Stop harassing people!
Update: I was a patient for many years, trust me, I know where I went. I am a previous patient it has been many years. I decided to post something because my experience at this office was horrible. Staff is rude. They would mail me a bill and demand payment, bill was not mine. I advised them I like the same dentist and hygienist, never could get the same hygienist they changed them all the time and they were students who did a bad job. Very unprofessional place.
If I could give negative stars I would. The most horrendous treatment of senior citizens I have ever witnessed, bordering on elder abuse. After their 2 hour appointment ended early, my grandparents of over 80 years of age were waiting in the waiting room for their ride. A very cruel receptionist kicked them out of the EMPTY office, into the freezing cold. It's a shame that the face of the office displayed such abhorrent behaviour, because the medical staff was apparently competent and very pleasant. I'm not sure if this was ... read more
