Update: I was a patient for many years, trust me, I know where I went. I am a previous patient it has been many years. I decided to post something because my experience at this office was horrible. Staff is rude. They would mail me a bill and demand payment, bill was not mine. I advised them I like the same dentist and hygienist, never could get the same hygienist they changed them all the time and they were students who did a bad job. Very unprofessional place.
If I could give negative stars I would. The most horrendous treatment of senior citizens I have ever witnessed, bordering on elder abuse. After their 2 hour appointment ended early, my grandparents of over 80 years of age were waiting in the waiting room for their ride. A very cruel receptionist kicked them out of the EMPTY office, into the freezing cold. Got a root canal here a week ago and it was the best experience! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The dentist knew exactly what needed to be done and now I'm pain-free. So happy I went here. Thanks staff for making my root canal experience comfortable.
We have been patients for over 30 years and love the service and staff. They work with you and try to accommodate you if possible. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.
