I copied another review as our firms experience is identical. Two service calls , over $ 400.00 in total and unable to determine the problem on a machine just over a year old. Technician did not have parts on first trip. When wrong parts sent to us, we returned those parts, documented it and are still getting billed. I would say this company, XEROX, should just go out of business. This is so bad I am willing to TRASH a $ 3,700.00 copier and start over! WITH A NEW COMPANY! Terrible service. Recently purchased a new Xerox copier from Katie Jones to replace an 8 year old Canon. Katie was very professional in her presentation and her knowledge of the product was impressive. We are very pleased with the copier and the company so far.

Contacting support is a bit more challenging after the acquisition by Global Imaging Systems and there have been invoicing inconsistencies. However, the local service technicians for Xerox copiers are all great!

Terrible service. We had been customers of theirs for years (back when they were Conestoga Copiers), but it seems like when they were taken over or bought out (or whatever happened), the quality of the service plummeted. Perhaps it's the parent company that's too blame, because we never talked to a local person (that we could tell) - our invoices came every year right on time, but this year when we called to question a charge the sales rep only called us back once and then gave up.
