Service was scheduled for a few days ago. No call, no show. Tried calling, got put on immediate hold, hung up after 15 min. Left another message, no call back. The WORST!

Warranty work was to be done 2 1/2 months ago. they made an appointment to come do. they showed up 2 weeks later said parts need ordered. 1.4 weeks later parts showed up. new appointment 2 weeks out no show(truck problems). new appointment 2 weeks out no show no call and so on and so on. fixed issue my self. Check BBB DO NOT USE THIS CO. Every thing said on BBB and this page is true.

Whirlpool contracted this company to fix my refrigerator that was under warranty. Whirlpool put me on Cone's repair schedule after I first called about my broken fridge. The day they were supposed to come, it was getting late and I hadn't heard from them. So I called and they said "Oh we don't see an appointment for you on our schedule...." Umm what!?!? The owner actually threatened me with bodily harm because I told him not to come since Cone Appliance Repair has a horrible customer service experience rating all over Google.

Cone Appliance is hands down the worst service company I have ever worked with. To make a VERY long story short, they never answer the phone, they don't show up when they say they will, they take weeks to schedule appointments, then they send subpar technicians who can't fix the problem. When you try to get ahold of anyone at the company, you can't.
