Have a look at the other 1 star reviews and know this is not a once-off issue, and spans several years. I wanted to support the team as they're a local, small business. but I first contacted them 20 Feb for a quote, finally got a quote via phone call on 27 Feb (being contacted during the exact times I advised I would be unavailable as we're running our own business). After giving Harry the wrong dimensions for a glass window that I was replacing, he saw that I was in a pickle and was generous enough to come back, cut it to size, install & glaze it for no extra charge. Great man. Thank you.

Thanks to Harry, he came out to inspect the broken window ro make give us an accurate quote within an hour of enquiring, and was able to complete the job quickly
