I had contacted Jeffrey a couple months ago looking for hydraulic cylinder rebuild kits for my Kubota back hoe. He couldn’t find any at that time (Kubota had discontinued them) He called me back yesterday as a followup to see if I had located any yet. I had not. But within an hour he located one, had a lead on another and found a kit for a third cylinder that I’m sure will fail soon. An outstanding, professional, and very friendly asset to the company!!
