Front desk and appointment people like "Missy" needs to be reminded to do there job, every appointment you have to call and ask why the referral isn't sent yet, sometimes it takes 2 weeks of reminding "Missy", getting insurance denials for test because "Missy" didn't do it right. bunch of lazy, DEI, narcissistic, clowns.
