On August 29th my husband had an appointment with Dr. Shaw and from the moment we walked in until we left we were so impressed with the staff. Leah, Kara and Jeremy were very nice. They answered all our questions
My experience was excellent. I received text reminding me of my appointment with day and time. Then I received a text so I could pre register. When I got there they took my co pay and I only had to wait a few minutes until they took me back to the exam room. The PA came in very shortly. Both the receptionist who had me put on one of their mask and the PA who I saw were very nice and professional.
Dr. Shaw and her staff have been great helping me. Always a quick and efficient visit!
My husband Michael has had outstanding service from both Dr. Shaw and her PAs. They are compassionate & understanding, answer all of our questions & make his treatment very successful.
The staff here is wonderful, friendly, encouraging, and thorough. It’s a small office and the doctors really get to know you, so you’re not just another chart.
