At 1st I thought I found a good Dr. I lost mine due to covid. Took me time. There's no compassion, they act like their at Day Care. The staff is always laughing, you know it's You they're laughing at. They just want to make money and send you on your way.30 mins. I have 3 mins. It's hard to get Drs. Today, especially young ones that know no pain yet. If they took the time to look at your records,instead of just assuming they know you & it all. I never felt so humiliated this last time.
ETA 1/9/2024: Still not the best, but definitely not the worst place in Johnstown. That moniker belongs to East Hills PC. The receptionist I used to have issues with is gone and they seem like they've streamlined their process a little. My PCP is now there and I really like her. Changing review from 2 stars to 4. Worst service ever. The one receptionist is a total idiot; if you give her anything beyond appointments to handle, she'll continue repeating the same wrong information several times. They've sent my prescription to ... read more

Our PCP is the best but unfortunately the Conemaugh Group is managed by Duke. Building a new facility with no staffin an area requiring all patients to travel and closing neighborhood offices that have served communities since the 1920s. No concern for community health, only profit.
