Smart meter was installed and my bill shot up. Scheduled two appointments and no one showed up either time. Issue still isn’t resolved. Monopolies!
Unqualified service agents on a phone, just repeating instructions they have read. Irresponsible. No way to talk to the management which in making money for themselves. They have market monopoly, so they treat their customers like milk cows.
