Dr. Tiffany M Morgan was my primary care doctor. I stay on top of my annual physicals every year. I had it scheduled a year in advance last summer, but Dr. Morgan canceled it because she was out of town. I made my second appointment in December, and she canceled that due to being sick. Then I made my third appointment in February, and she canceled that because she thought I wasn’t coming due to the weather after I had entered it into my chart and checked in. They will not listen to any of your problems and will reschedule you 4 times and not offer anything within 2-3 months. I complained for the past year of an issues and was ignored until I got mad at them for rescheduling. Then all of a sudden they can’t see me because I am “verbally abusive”. This place is awful. Just avoid Cone at all costs. They do not listen. Everyone in that office is hateful and mean. I would give 0 stars if I was able. I hope this place closes.
Went to see not my normal doctor. But attending physician on duty. Made this appointment yesterday and was told our appointment was 10:15. I was told to get there 15 minutes before appointment as usual. Got there at 9:40 waited until 10:50 then we were told doctor was running behind at 5 min to 11 o’clock. I chose here because I just needed an PCP! I started off with a nice lady, I forget her name but she was incredibly sweet. She wasn’t from here but she was still caring. She was also quite beautiful! When she left for a facility closer to her home, I got Michelle Rakes! And I absolutely love Michelle. She’s personable, professional, I can talk to her about nearly anything! First time patient. Dr. Gregson was worth the hour drive. Great bedside manner, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend.
