I chose here because I just needed an PCP! I started off with a nice lady, I forget her name but she was incredibly sweet. She wasn’t from here but she was still caring. She was also quite beautiful! When she left for a facility closer to her home, I got Michelle Rakes! And I absolutely love Michelle. She’s personable, professional, I can talk to her about nearly anything! First time patient. Dr. Gregson was worth the hour drive. Great bedside manner, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend.
My son can't use the Labcorp in this office even though he's in the Cone system with his pediatrician. Just because he's not a patient but his dad is. I will be looking for another doctors office but they aint gonna care.
i came to this office in hopes of finding a practice that was not overwhelming and could actually spend time on pts and to my surprise i would have better luck in Greensboro, my messages go unanswered when messaging my doctor, when it comes to my care, leaving me in limbo on medications, also leaving me in limbo on medications waiting on being approved / denied this office needs some major help in facilitating how they manage their pts. I wouldn't waste your time or the money on the subpar treatment and care.
I’ve had 2 visits with 2NPs who both had their faces buried in their laptops instead of engaging with me. The first NP was, at least, cordial. The second one was unfriendly and cold as ice. I don’t feel that I got anything resolved. Options are limited out here, and it is virtually impossible to see a doctor, but there must be better resources with staff that is actually interested in the patients and their well-being rather than just checking boxes. .
