I went here approximately 4 minutes to theor closing time August 25. He had severe breathing issues and I told the lady at the front desk. She advised it's 4 minutes to their closing time and there are already 3 persons waiting she doesn't think they will see him. She advised the same closing time 8pm applies to the others close by so it's best I go to the ER. I was sent away with my sick son. By far the worst urgent care experience I have ever had. I waited over 45 minutes in a EMPTY waiting room, that was covered in food trash, had to listen to the receptionist talk about her work drama, her kids peeing the bed, etc. I paid $50 to pretty much just sit around and wait for an hour and a half, and for the doctor to tell me to go to the ER….I highly would recommend AFC on new garden instead of coming here.
These people are Wonderful!!! They take their time and work well with us!!!
