Jodi was awesome with my girls!! The front desk girl was super friendly and informative! No crazy wait at all I absolutely love this location! I forgot my nurse’s name but she was super sweet as well…..10/10 experience
After the care I received, I wouldn’t trust them with my dog. My issues became only one, as the other was never addressed. The one issue that was addressed was not correct and I was left leaving the same way I came in. I could not step on my left foot without excruciating pain. To Cone Health Management, I am writing to formally share a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience at MOSES CONE URGENT CARE ON WEST WENDOVER AVENUE your urgent care locations. When I arrived, I approached the front desk and attempted to check in. The receptionist abruptly told me to “use the kiosk,” without courtesy or explanation.
