I know that Cone Health Sleep Lab has a great reputation. However, for two weeks I have left messages trying to contact them to schedule two sleep studies and they have yet to call me back to schedule them. It appears they do not have anyone during the day to answer such calls and at the very least needs to hire a scheduler to do so. UPDATED four months later... My daughter had a good experience here. We were to arrive at 8pm. They took her back at 8:30. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. My daughter stated that the technician explained the process thoroughly to her and made her feel very comfortable. They woke her up at 4am and departure was at 5:30. The medical plaza is very clean and orderly.
I had my sleep study last night. First thing I want to thank the receptionist. Very nice lady and extremely patient. Also Kenyan tech was very professional and kind. Thank you to everyone. I appreciate you
