Review update: To clarify, I initially asked about a refund and understood it was not possible. I then asked if we could reschedule due to the unsafe road conditions, and that was also denied. My concern was the lack of flexibility during a severe weather emergency, not simply the refund. While the center may have been open, expecting families to bring young children to a birthday party during hazardous road conditions did not feel reasonable or safe. I want to compliment the staff at Sagewell. I have been a member of many gyms since the 1970’s all over the country. Sagewell stands out as one of the best. The staff are outstanding - every one of them from the front desk reception to the trainers. I attended Mikahl’s class, Pilates Mat last week for the first time, and it was outstanding!!!
