This is a wonderful center and the massage therapy is great !! My therapist Danny is excellent!!!
Sagewell is helping me to avoid back surgery! I do Waterfit Monday- Wednesday -Friday shallow and deep water.. Tarsha is amazing!!! Jennifer is awesome, too. You need to join for this and land exercises to keep you from getting injured. The staff is very professional looking out for everyone no pressure at all during the classes. I am 72 and it’s changing my health.
Love this place. Most everyone is so friendly and helpful. It makes going to exercise very pleasant.
Concerning the Swimming Pool.... I feel the pool temperature has increased to the point that swimmers can no longer utilize the pool for a workout..originally when I joined, the water temperature was between 82 and 83 degrees...It has slowly increased the last few years due to the complaints from the water aerobics individuals...because of this temperature increase the water is to uncomfortable to swim.
