Very clean and welcoming facility! It’s such a good deal and completely worth the money. I had Danny as my massage therapist and he did such a spectacular job with my therapeutic massage. It alleviated my headache pain and stretched out my back! He made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I will definitely be rebooking! It was also a nice touch that I could go to the caf� that is inside as well and get a coffee on my way back to work :).
This is a wonderful center and the massage therapy is great !! My therapist Danny is excellent!!!
Sagewell is helping me to avoid back surgery! I do Waterfit Monday- Wednesday -Friday shallow and deep water.. Tarsha is amazing!!! Jennifer is awesome, too. You need to join for this and land exercises to keep you from getting injured. The staff is very professional looking out for everyone no pressure at all during the classes. I am 72 and it’s changing my health.
Love this place. Most everyone is so friendly and helpful. It makes going to exercise very pleasant.
