I went to the ER for heart palpitations and a visible bounding pulse by my carotid artery. I was sent home. My conditions are worsening and I called and asked for a referral to a cardiologist. Some condescending Karen by the name of Megan informed me that Dr Vu reviewed my notes from my ER visit and denied me my referral. On top of that I am a brand new patient and Dr Vu instantly wanted to switch my meds and does not want to check my labs while on new meds until 6 months. I’ve never dealt with a more condescending, aggressive, and downright rude group of people. Most of these experiences stem from my lengthy hospital stay at Cone in September/October 2024. They put me on antibiotics for a supposed infection in my heart and never disclosed the side effects as they knew I wouldn’t have taken them and aggressively pushed unproven treatments. How do I know? These people never checked whether their “necessary” treatments actually worked. Unnecessary and unwarranted

Cassie is great ! Update 11-20-24: I just found out my spouse was having an affair and gave me syphilis earlier this year. We both come to this clinic to get our prep injections and they know my spouse comes too. When i was positive for syphilis i was being grilled heavily about having multiple sex partners whole time it was my spouse! I kept swearing to them i would never cheat on my spouse!
