I originally was going to comment about the financial/resource department because, honestly, they are not very helpful at all and it is frustrating. Outside of that, the staff themselves are always kind, professional, and welcoming. Now i want to respond to a review i saw on here (Samantha) As for the decor and support of the LGBTQ+ community, INCLUDING gay and trans individuals. I was very impressed with this facility. From the time I came in to the time I left, they were wonderful. The woman who took my vitals, Stephanie Dixon( the practioner), to the woman who took my bloodwork. Everyone was very professional. The office and rooms were very clean, as well. I came in slightly nervous( always at Dr's appts). I left out at ease. I thank them for that. I would recommend this facility to anyone who would need it.

I walked in a wanted to walk out bathrooms had condoms on the walls, trans flag in a frame. Gay flag behind the check in desk, pride Christmas tree, and the wall in the back was painted like the trans flags. I don’t care what you do or what you believe but felt like it was being pushed down my throat and felt uncomfortable there. Your are to be professional at a doctors office. No matter what your sexuality is don’t do that some times people bring in their children and they don’t want them to see that

I went to the ER for heart palpitations and a visible bounding pulse by my carotid artery. I was sent home. My conditions are worsening and I called and asked for a referral to a cardiologist. Some condescending Karen by the name of Megan informed me that Dr Vu reviewed my notes from my ER visit and denied me my referral. On top of that I am a brand new patient and Dr Vu instantly wanted to switch my meds and does not want to check my labs while on new meds until 6 months.
