I was very impressed with this facility. From the time I came in to the time I left, they were wonderful. The woman who took my vitals, Stephanie Dixon( the practioner), to the woman who took my bloodwork. Everyone was very professional. The office and rooms were very clean, as well. I came in slightly nervous( always at Dr's appts). I left out at ease. I thank them for that. I would recommend this facility to anyone who would need it.
I walked in a wanted to walk out bathrooms had condoms on the walls, trans flag in a frame. Gay flag behind the check in desk, pride Christmas tree, and the wall in the back was painted like the trans flags. I have never ever in my life been made to feel like ... read more
I’ve never dealt with a more condescending, aggressive, and downright rude group of people. Most of these experiences stem from my lengthy hospital stay at Cone in September/October 2024. They put me on antibiotics for a supposed infection in my heart and never disclosed the side effects as they knew I wouldn’t have taken them and aggressively pushed unproven treatments. How do I know? These people never checked whether their “necessary” treatments actually worked. Unnecessary and unwarranted
