I went in with Covid symptoms. Was told I was not a patient so they would not see me. So how do you become a patient?? I am in the Cone Health system and told them that.
Unfortunately, this was a horrible visit start to finish. I decided to get a physical here since I’m in my late 30s and knew it would be helpful to be established with a PCP. When I arrived, I was told that they didn’t know what my copay would be because they couldn’t figure out my insurance (I had submitted my insurance days prior and it’s Aetna insurance through Cone’s network). I've never reviewed a doctor before. For transparencies sake, I am a chronically ill person who after going to so many doctors over the course of my life now has intense anxiety over seeing one. Dr Olson was the kindest and most courteous primary doctor I've ever seen. He listened without judgement and acted on my concerns. All of the staff were exceptional and kind. Went in for a yearly physical but was charged for out patient visit which was $175, and was told it couldn't be changed. Dishonest practice.
Worst doctor office experience. They act as if they've performed a miracle when they do their job. No positive reviews in 4 years! Please go somewhere else.
