Everyone at the office is amazing. Everyone is kind, and passionate. Kendra consistently goes above and beyond for our daughter and we appreciate her attentiveness and dedication!
Staff here have always been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. We appreciate Savannah C., she is wonderful to work with and made our child feel safe and supported during her therapy sessions.
I would not recommend this place to anyone who has a child on level 2 or 3 of the autism spectrum or if they behavioral issues you are struggling with. My son is a spitter. His speech therapist ended 6 sessions within in ten mins because of his spitting. I told her that she was reinforcing the behavior by ending the session because my son hated going to therapy here. They offered no plan just ended the sessions early. I was finally over when his OT decided to end the session early. They make you speak to them in the waiting ... read more
The PA is very nice, professional, and cares about the patient. The receptionist is not kind and acts like she hates her job.
I absolutely love this place…. From the front desk, to the supportive parenting community in the lobby… to the incredible staff (every single specialist we’ve been to in here, which is 4 for us though we see everyone interact so wonderfully in the lobby)… this place has become an anchor for my family!!!! They truly feel like extended family.
