I left from Atrium heath primary due to insurance change so I had to switch doctors in order to stay in network. So which to this facility though Cone health. Man how I regret!! I can send messages to my Dr no response back at all, can leave messages to get refill prescription never get call back or prescription filled. Only way I can get the refill if I go in office for appointment. I would not recommend anyone to be a patient here anytime soon. We’ve felt like an after thought because they don’t answer the phone, they don’t call back when you leave a voicemail, and it takes forever to be seen even when you have an urgent matter. My family is disappointed and frustrated because we don’t have a reliable source of care. Please do better.
The absolute worst...would not recommend
You'll be better off finding another PCP. Every time I've visited I've had to wait at least 40 mins before being called back to my room. They do not answer the phone nor return phone calls. They don't even respond to mychart messages or appointment requests.
