They do not know how to send a referral and if they manage to send a referral they can never see who they sent it to but claim that the patient can (I the patient cannot). They knew for 6 months they don’t know how to handle patients with G-tubes chose to keep me on their case load only to then drop me when I was asking for outpatient services to prevent more hospitalizations. OMG I just had the worst experience at this office today advocating for my son…I can’t leave a proper review without giving Dr Nicols the recognition she deserves for this Her nasty attitude and disregard for my son’s health and a mothers concern; to top it off her and her nurse was sitting in the hallway talking big trash about me which idk why that was warranted…and then she when I spoke up about her behavior she didn’t want to see my son she started to walk out so I left and went to ask the front desk for a card to compla... read more
I left from Atrium heath primary due to insurance change so I had to switch doctors in order to stay in network. So which to this facility though Cone health. Man how I regret!! I can send messages to my Dr no response back at all, can leave messages to get refill prescription never get call back or prescription filled. Only way I can get the refill if I go in office for appointment. I would not recommend anyone to be a patient here anytime soon. We’ve felt like an after thought because they don’t answer the phone, they don’t call back when you leave a voicemail, and it takes forever to be seen even when you have an urgent matter. My family is disappointed and frustrated because we don’t have a reliable source of care. Please do better.
