Very friendly and professional environment! Ladies at the front desk were very friendly and always welcomed everyone with a smile. Great customer service!! All therapists were dedicated and great to work with and they encouraged me to reach my full potential. They not only helped me during therapy but gave me resources to use after my therapy. Great team work!!!

Everyone there is so nice to there patients and they are very helpful
I had shoulder replacement surgery and did my physical therapy at this facility. All of the therapist there were incredibly supportive, caring and helpful. They were concerned for my well-being when I was having difficult days, and equally concerned on my BEST days. They always had such positive and upbeat attitudes. Everyone at this facility deserves MORE than 5 stars! But since this is as high as I can go, 5 will have to do. They're great, and I appreciate all that was done to get me to this point! From the friendly ladies who greet you at the front desk to the therapy staff in the back, all are professional and make your time with them as rewarding and as enjoyable as possible. Jennifer is the nicest, most knowledgeable therapist I have ever worked with and she took time to make sure I met every goal she set for me. Not only do I give the team a 10 out of 10, I am glad to have this type of service in Madison.
