My therapist was knowledgeable about my problem with my back! She sent me home with some stretching exercises! Everyday I did the exercises and then I would go to the gym and workout! Later in the day I noticed I didn't have any pain in my back! Exercise always seemed to make it ache! But now I'm stretching before I go to the gym, no pain at all! Problem solved!
