Think twice before coming to Cone health for imaging. It's been days close to a week to be exact and no results yet for imaging. I've gone to other entities and results have been as fast às same day or next day. I could have gone elsewhere but I wanted to give them a chance since Cone is closer to home. Will not be back that's for sure.
The doctors and nurses down there were fantastic. They got me right in done the image and quickly give me a result, Very clean facilities, safe, parking lots lots of parking
I love coming here. They are so friendly, from the reception to the technicians. Fast also, in and out.
They were great at getting me right in. The staff was wonderful. But now 13 days and three phone calls, and two bills later and I still can't get my results 😡
