I have major issues with your answering service and appointment staff! I arrived for my appointment only to be told my appointment had been canceled! Cone Health appointment reminder called me a day before my appointment reminding me to confirm, which I did. I called Cone Health to make an appointment and was asked if I wanted to leave a call back and that I would receive a call back! I placed the call at 9:20 AM. No one returned my call!
