The staff here is excellent. I chose weight and wellness because I wanted wellness. So far I feel great. They meet where I'm at and not forcing crazy measures. Instead, I get healthy options. Thanks team. Slow but sure.

STAY AWAY from this place. I was referred there by my PCP who insisted on that, as I am overweight. We are both clear that I am pre diabetic, and I have very high levels of cortisol (stress related). I told her that I don’t need more dietitians but a program and medication. Forgot to mention that I am nutritionist and I know what my problem is as well as I know and tried all types of nutrition plans. I absolutely love this place, and they have helped me lose weight that I thought was stuck on me forever. Stephanie is the best!
Not trauma informed. Avoid if dealing with DV or trying to recover from DV abuse. Front staff are amazing, as are the nurses or techs! The facility is beautiful and convienty located. Unfortunately, I do not believe them to be trauma informed. I made it clear on first appointment what I was trying to escape from, and the very specific food issues I was dealing with in relation to living long term with abuse.
