Referred to Dr Athar for Botox for migraine and sleep study. At this location I needed 2 separate referrals. Unfortunately the sleep part of the facility does not have anyone answering phones, only leave a message and wait for return call, that never comes. It took a month to get anyone to return my call just to set up an appointment, and I had to call other departments to complain just to get that accomplished. I do not recommend. I was referred to Dr. Yan after suffering nerve issues in my left arm that caused weakness. After following up after my first and only visit with Dr. Yan, she said “you have already undergone a thorough evaluation, it is best to just wait and see”. I then went to another neurologist who then diagnosed me with a serious brachial plexus injury with a long recovery process.
Gaslit me & put a fake migraine diagnosis in my chart. Was treated horribly by one specific doctor.
