I would never ever come to this ER again I came in with back problems peed on myself do to my back problems. Asked for pants multiple times and help to my car. Never received either or had to walk out with a hospital robe around my waist and no help to my car. I was so hurt to be treated like this. The worst part I work right up stairs from them. It was so embarrassing to walk around like that in my own work place.
This is a very nice facility, with caring doctors and staff.
I was helped immediately upon arrival. Nurses and doctor were great! Checking in and out was quick as well! Thank you for showing such concern!!!!
HORRIBLE...I normally wouldn't ever leave this type of review but under these circumstances this situation fits the narrative. I was recommended to Cone emergency from an urgent care that thought I needed further work up due to lower belly and acute upper back and chest pains. When I got to Cone my BP was 220/139... stroke or heart-attack levels.
