I have been here for 4.5 hours, had my X-rays 3 hours ago suspecting broken rib(s) and have yet seen a doctor. No body can tell me when e can be seen. I have never had to wait so long. Tony K
The quality of my care while not great, isnt what’s warranting a 1 star review, i was there wednesday evening and had to take my necklace off and put it in a bag for an xray, and they never gave me my necklace back, its a family heirloom and i need it back, might have to file a police report tomorrow if they keep playing with me… i need that necklace back asap
DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS ITS AN EMERGENCY! The shiny shoe people that run the financial part of this place literally want you for all the money they can squeeze from u I WAITED 3-4h with a 1” cut on my chin that took 6 dissolve stitch’s $1567 the best part they told me the full amount costed $500ish dollars. Sophie made our visit to the emergency room on Willard Dairy Rd a memorable one in a very good way! She was so kind and treated us like we were her one and only priority. It was like we were visiting her at her home rather than at the ER. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, sincere, accommodating, and great at listening and explaining. Cone is very lucky to have her represent them. We were very fortunate and grateful to meet her. It is very obvious that she loves what she does. The world needs more people like Sophie!!!
