This is a very nice facility, with caring doctors and staff.
I was helped immediately upon arrival. Nurses and doctor were great! Checking in and out was quick as well! Thank you for showing such concern!!!!
HORRIBLE...I normally wouldn't ever leave this type of review but under these circumstances this situation fits the narrative. I was recommended to Cone emergency from an urgent care that thought I needed further work up due to lower belly and acute upper back and chest pains. When I got to Cone my BP was 220/139... stroke or heart-attack levels. I want to note that the initial care team being the nurse, the cna and MRI lady was absolutely GREAT AMAZING, however my fault, dismay and disappointment lies with the doctor himsel... read more
