I had the best experience at the ED department! While everyone was kind, helpful and competent- from doctors, techs, nurses, administrative staff and even security officers- - Nurse Amanda stood out above them all. I feel fortunate to have such an amazing staff and faculty so close to home on this side of town.
Great experience at this free standing ER. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Our nurse Amanda was nothing shy of fabulous! Dr. Zawkowski was knowledgeable and informative. X-ray staff Melissa and Brianna were pleasant and efficient. Ultrasound tech Naaco was thorough and supportive. Would highly recommend this clean and professional facility!
Wife seen right away for triage and then ZERO communication for over 7 hrs. Still waiting at this very moment. Asked for some sense of timing. Refused to provide any further info. Decided to leave and told them so. While driving home we "suddenly" received a notification that we'll be seen shortly. No thanks.
