I went there Monday to get care for severe pain in my lower back area. The facility is nice and clean. The staff that checks you in were nice. The nurses were nice. The wait times are horrible I was there for 8 hours waiting to be seen and that was after the triage nurse checked me in. I am deeply disappointed in how my pain was dismissed by the PA named Aanchal Lal. She clearly didn't care , all she said was "nothing is broken", so basically what she is saying is since nothing is broken she's not going to listen to my issue... read more

My daughter recieved excellent care at Drawbridge ED. From the receptionist Charpelle, to RN Brandy, and Provider Riley, all were above amazing! I will definitely come here in the future!! I appreciate you all for the outstanding care that was provided.

Totally diagnosed me wrong. Doctor and nurse came in to draw blood and said they would do an IV. An hour later a different nurse came in to check on me. I had to ask for the IV again. Doctor said I definitely didn't have ---- and my doctor a few days later said she disagreed and it was obvious that I did have it. Nice facilities and quick entry time though.
