Can you say incompetence? How about Novant Healthcare, which is where I'm going now. Nurse practitioner Fleming, Forgot to address the increase of my blood pressure medication on the follow-up visit to perform a physical that she couldn't do the last visit because she only can address three issues at one visit so I had to make another appointment which they call the follow-up appointment to get my physical done.
