I’ve been going here for a couple years. From Gyno & birth control care now to prenatal care. Everyone who works there is so sweet, attentive and helpful. They never make me feel bad about my decisions. I had a nurse hold my hand during my first pap smear and it meant the world (the little things matter when you’re scared & in pain). They are so supportive and I wouldn't choose anywhere else to go. I love all the nurses, midwives & providers :)
This was by far the worst care I’ve ever received and it never be forgotten. I went in for an ultrasound and rather than been compassionate and empathetic about what was happening, Dr. Ugonna Anyanwu was very rude. My husband and I left The office feeling upset and confused. On top of that we had to return back to her in a few weeks. We had to relive that experience yet again. I had a wonderful experience talking with a Certified Medical Assistant named Taylor regarding my postpartum depression. She listened attentively and promptly connected me with Dr. Newton for further assistance. She was very empathetic and showed me the upmost respect. As a patient, I felt safe talking with her. If you need assistance with postpartum depression and don’t want the run around, talk with Taylor!
I was absolutely dreading an exam and put it off for ages because its a mortifying nightmare to me. However this was as good as it possibly gets! I was handled with such care and patience. Everyone was so nice and genuine. everything explained with gentleness as you go. If you are neurodivergent or high anxiety as well do not hesitate to go here especially to Dr Anyanwu. Cant recommend her enough
Dr. Anyanwu went above and beyond to work with me during a recent visit where I was not feeling well. She was understanding and assisted me in getting my appointment rescheduled to a different day when I would feel better for having the procedure done.
