Please do not go to this practice! If you do, go to anyone other than Dr. Ugonna Anyanwu, she is HORRIBLE!!! She does not care about patient concerns and uses scare tactics to get you to do what she wants because SHE feels like it’s what’s best for you as if she is the one walking in your body. She has made multiple comments about my baby will die if i don’t do what she tells me. I just want to rave about the receptionist here. She is wonderful, understanding and down to earth. I also like the majority of nurses and doctors I’ve seen here. Delivering at Cone was also a wonderful experience. I like Pratt a lot. My daughter was born April 2024 and my next one is due in June. Hoping for the same wonderful experience.
Dr. Anyanwu is exceptional. She takes the time to truly listen, address my concerns, and discuss options for care. Both Dr. Anyanwu and Taylor are kind, compassionate, and supportive! I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I can’t speak for other people but I didn’t even need to step in the office to see the poor care the employees have for their patients. Starting with making an appointment the first girl who answered the phone hung up the phone on me when I was answering her questions. The second girl when I called the second time was more helpful and she told me I had to speak to a nurse to schedule an appointment, so she transferred me over and the nurse didn’t answer, I left a voicemail. 3 days later I called the office back to let them k... read more
I would give zero stars if I could. I am an established patient. I called with a problem that involved severe pain and even explained that I had gone to Urgent Care over the weekend and been advised to get in to see my gynecologist ASAP. I called first thing Monday morning and was told that the next available wasn't until January! A month away!
