Overall my first OBGYN appointment here was okay. The doctors and nurses are great. But the older lady that assisted me with scheduling and checking in wasn’t nice at all. She was condescending and kind of rude. I wasn’t rude in any shape or form. Maybe she just wasn’t having a good day but that shouldn’t reflect on your patients. The customer service was just awful. I’m having my first child so I hope for a positive experience my next appointment.
The Healthcare Team was very Courteous During my visit. They are also very knowledgeable and up-to-date with research, findings, and medical advice.
So rude trying to make an appointment j told her I’m high risk meaning I need a 5-6 week ultrasound and she purposely scheduled me for 9 weeks although my referral been was sent in and they were supposed to call me weeks ago
Dr Dove is great. And no hellified waits!
I have been coming here since I was 19! I hate doctors offices and the feeling of being probed and podded, here they handle you with care and will hold your hand if you need it! I love it :)
