There aren’t enough nice things to say about this office! From the front desk staff to the providers, everyone has always treated me and my daughter like family. They’re always kind, welcoming, and easy to get in touch with whenever I have questions or concerns. I never have to wonder if I’ll get an answer. They’re always there to help. Dr. Brown and Dr. Miller are both amazing. They truly care about their patients and make every visit a positive experience. I couldn’t recommend this office more. 10/10!
Exceptional Care! The entire interaction, from start to finish was so warm and comforting. Sometimes patients are going through personal moments and NP Savannah Brown as well as her assistant Tonya provided A++++++ service ♥️ I’m grateful & appreciate them both.
I had a wonderful experience here during my pregnancy. Each provider and nurse I saw went above and beyond and spent quality time with me at each appointment answering any questions I had and addressing my concerns. Everyone is so friendly and really works along side you to provide the best care possible.
Donna Lo the “nurse” was absolutely terrible. She was nasty, rude insulting and even hung up on me all because she had my due date wrong! She cancelled and rescheduled my appointment without asking me to a day I will be out of town. Then she claimed that I can’t have a certain test until I was 10 weeks, when I explained that I was going to be over 10 weeks by that day she went insane and hung up on me.
