How do I go about getting a wrong diagnosis off my daughters medical record that she got from this hospital? She was admitted for suicidal thoughts. I ask them to check her for Bi polar, but they never did. But, they sure did diagnosis her with something else that makes no sense. And, just know that your hospital gave no help afterwards, even though you told my daughter you would. such liars. She also has a bill, cause ya'll never asked if she had insurance. But, she did.
