I see Dr Schnier for over 15 years and only Dr I trust. My whole family has been patients of his for years. Don't know what we would do without him!
Id leave an actual review, if I could ever get someone to pick up the phone during "normal business hours". I've been calling for the past 3 hours. An hour before they went to lunch, the. 12-1, now it's 1:28 and still not a single answer from even ONE extension. I tried them all
Dr. Dew was great and the guy who did my scan, but one of the nurse practitioners got some of my info wrong and one piece was totally made up. A neighbor of mine has a similar experience with staff not getting info to the doc. He never went back. I'm looking for some place new. UPDATE: Got the above straightened out. The alternatives were a Cone affiliated V&V in Greensboro with mixed reviews or to go to Duke and start all over. Too far to drive for what should be a 5 minute procedure, but may have to do so.
